Every season has its own fruits. From January to December, you can discover different flavours and enjoy a varied selection of produce. In spring and summer, rhubarb and cherries are among the fruits and seasonal produce commonly available.

The list of spring fruits is rich and varied. Between March and May, you can enjoy Nice lemons, apples, rhubarb, Victoria pineapples, mangoes, grapefruit, kiwis, pears, blood oranges, cherries and bananas. Passion fruit is also among the fruits available in May.

During the summer season, you can choose from many different seasonal fruits. Between June and August, enjoy apricots, blackcurrants, nectarines, cherries, strawberries, redcurrants, melons, plums, rhubarb, fresh almonds, watermelons, figs, raspberries, mirabelle plums, apples, damson plums and blackberries. This season gives you plenty of opportunities to add variety to your menu.

Autumn and winter are particularly associated with chestnuts and clementines. From December onwards, you can also find a variety of exotic fruits.

During this season, you can also find figs, raspberries, mirabelle plums, blueberries, blackberries, walnuts, pears, peaches, plums, grapes, quinces, vineyard peaches, cranberries, damson plums, oranges, lingonberries, kiwis and pineapples at the market.

In winter, you can enjoy clementines and a variety of exotic fruits. Between December and January, you can serve kiwis, pears, apples, bananas, lemons, walnuts, oranges, pineapples, persimmons, papayas, kumquats, avocados, lychees, mandarins or grapefruit.

  • A blackberry bush from late September to the end of April;
  • A blackcurrant bush from October to April;
  • A raspberry bush from September to May;
  • A blueberry bush from November to March;
  • Strawberry plants in autumn.
